How do you pronounce Cadencia?
Like Valencia — ca-DEN-cia.
What is Cadencia?
A training practice for musicality. You import a song, lock the pulse, and mark structure and accents yourself — that's how you train an ear that transfers to any song. Then practice with a live count, loops, and speed. More tools (move vocab, party mode, choreo builder) are coming later.
Does it analyze songs for me?
No — and that's the point. You mark what you hear. Listening is the practice; the app keeps those notes locked to the music so the reps actually stick.
Who is it for?
Dancers who know the moves and want them connected to the music. Also coaches, and anyone who practices or builds choreo and wants a part to loop without babysitting the scrubber.
Why not just use paper?
Almost nobody keeps a song-analysis notebook — paper can't lock notes to the music, loop a part, or play your analysis back. Cadencia can. That's what makes the practice practical for the first time.

Yes, both are supported now. More styles later.

Is my music uploaded somewhere? Do I need an account?
No account. Your audio and notes stay on your device. Nothing from your library is uploaded to my servers.

Yes — free while I learn with early dancers and coaches.
